Network Administrator

🚀 Network Administrator | Latvia | Hybrid - Riga

We're partnering with a leading international digital financial services business that's scaling its technology team in Latvia. They're looking for a hands-on Network Administrator to help maintain and evolve a high-availability enterprise network supporting large-scale digital operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments
• Monitoring performance, troubleshooting incidents, and resolving network issues
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading network equipment
• Working closely with Security, Engineering, and Development teams to improve resilience and reliability
• Supporting disaster recovery, failover processes, and network security initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, IPSec, BGP, RADIUS (802.1X)
• Hands-on experience with Fortigate and Aruba
• Experience working with AWS
• Strong troubleshooting, packet analysis, and debugging skills
• Experience designing and supporting high-availability network environments
• Fluent English and Latvian communication skills
