Network Services Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Application Delivery & Network Services Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in application delivery, DNS/IPAM management, web servers, automation, and open-source technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in F5 Load Balancers, Infoblox, NGINX, scripting, and enterprise network services, with the ability to design, implement, and support highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise application delivery and network service solutions.

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP platforms, including Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and SSL offloading.

• Manage Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) infrastructure.

• Deploy, configure, and optimize NGINX web servers and reverse proxy solutions.

• Develop automation scripts to streamline network administration, monitoring, and operational tasks.

• Troubleshoot application delivery, load balancing, DNS resolution, and web server performance issues.

• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices across the infrastructure.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on deployment and migration projects.

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and application delivery.

• Strong expertise in F5 BIG-IP (LTM, SSL Offloading, Health Monitors, iRules, Load Balancing, High Availability).

• Hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management).

• Strong experience configuring and managing NGINX as a web server, reverse proxy, and load balancer.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell for automation.

• Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, networking protocols, and security concepts.

• Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and automation tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or F5 Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is preferred.

• Infoblox certification is an advantage.

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Git, or Jenkins.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is desirable.

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is an added advantage.
