Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and deficiencies in the current network architecture and operations, propose improvement plans, and drive implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), performance tuning, and incident management
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems (configuration, maintenance, and security hardening)
- Design, implement, and maintain data center and workplace network environments
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks and SPOF, and continuously optimize network quality and reliability
- Establish and maintain network operation standards, documentation, and operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to IT governance standards
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, configuration templates, and backup strategies
- Manage network monitoring, alerting, and reporting using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and ELK
- Support capacity planning, scalability, and lifecycle management (Day 0, Day 1, Day 2 operations)
- Ensure network security compliance and safe transmission of internal data
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, implementation, and operations
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise and/or data center network environments
- Experience in global enterprise, large-scale environments, or consulting firms (e.g., Big4) is an advantage
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Experience in network design, planning, and project implementation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of IP routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN)
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Velo SD-WAN)
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN architectures
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, Aruba, and other mainstream vendors
- Familiar with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls, WAF, NAC (ISE/FAC), and network security controls
- Understanding of network security best practices and monitoring
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK)
- Familiar with IPAM, configuration backup, and automation/orchestration tools
- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent practical experience
