Senior Infrastructure Administrator

We're seeking a Senior Infrastructure Administrator to take ownership of our enterprise infrastructure, security, and network architecture while partnering with IT leadership to shape the organization's long-term technology strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional to lead technical initiatives, mentor a growing team, and work across a modern enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and strategy for Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Design and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID architecture, including Conditional Access and hybrid identity.
• Lead Linux server administration, standards, and security hardening.
• Design and maintain Cisco network architecture, including routing, switching, segmentation, and redundancy.
• Manage Ubiquiti networking infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Lead network security initiatives including firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust, MFA, and vulnerability management.
• Own Hyper-V and Proxmox virtualization environments, disaster recovery planning, and storage architecture.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to the infrastructure team.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and network diagrams.

Required Skills

• Experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or network administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• Cisco networking experience including routing and switching.
• Experience with Ubiquiti networking equipment or similar enterprise solutions.
• Strong virtualization experience with Hyper-V, Proxmox, or VMware.
• Linux server administration experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and documentation skills.
