该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： - 确保信息化办公环境的顺利运行，推进网络优化，并对软硬件进行维护：包括 WAN、LAN、电话、虚拟化 (VMWare)、存储、备份和打印系统，协助本地和远程用户解决软硬件问题。

Maintain IT infrastructure and network optimization, including WAN, LAN, telephony, virtualization (VMWare), storage, backup and printing system. Resolve basic hardware issues, troubleshoot software issues and assist local and remote users.

• 负责本地安装的各类软件的日常维护和正常使用，包括不限于：金蝶、税控机、网银。

Responsible for the daily maintenance and normal use of various locally installed software, including but not limited to: Kingdee, tax control machines, online banking - 协助IT总部进行预算规划和月度控制，按计划使用预算包括与 IT 总部协商执行 IT 订单（硬件和软件） -Assist IT headquarter in budget planning and monthly control, planned use of budget including perform IT orders (hardware and software) in consultation with IT headquarters. - 与 IT 总部协商实施 IT 基础设施项目，管理 IT 基础设施相关文件，例如不断更新网络拓扑、机架空间图等，及时处理所有与 IT 基础设施相关的事件和变更 Implement IT infrastructure projects in consultation with IT headquarter, and manage IT infrastructure related document, e.g. constantly update network topology, rack space diagram, etc. Handle all IT infrastructure related incidents and changes in a timely manner. -

与 IT 总部沟通产品的改进、更新和过时管理， 搜索和调查市场上的新技术和产品，向IT主管提供其优缺点分析报告和具体的业务案例 Communicate improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT headquarter. Search and investigate new technologies and products in the market, provide analysis report of their pros & cons with specific business cases to IT supervisor. - 监督系统备份处理并负责本地灾难恢复测试 Supervise system backup processing and leads local disaster recovery tests. - 适应出差，前往其他地区进行IT支持：深圳、韩国、（日本和马来西亚） Travel to remote locations Shenzhen, Korea, (Japan and Malaysia) - 配合公司及业务部门，开展企业数字化转型规划，主导业务信息化需求调研的收集，信息化需求分析论证，对于合理的信息化需求分期实现 Cooperate with business departments, carry out the digital transformation plan of the enterprise, lead the collection of business informatization demand research, analyze and demonstrate the informatization demand, and realize the reasonable informatization demand in stages. - 为各类型会议提供在线或网络链接服务、音响设备调试、投影服务等，并制定使用小贴士以培训新员工 Provide online or network link services, audio equipment debugging, projection services, etc. for various types of meetings, and develop usage tips for training new employees. - 按照流程，为即将入职的新员工过准备电脑、账号、软件、座机、手机套餐、门卡等，并培训新员工使用公司提供的各种设备和软硬件 According to the process, prepare computers, accounts, software, landlines, mobile phone packages, key cards, etc. for new employees, and training new employees to use various equipment, software and hardware provided by the company. - 协助行政部进行快递收发、来电接听、开门及人员接待，并主要负责物业和其他供应商检修办公室里的软硬件和基础设施 Assist the Admin Department in receiving and dispatching express delivery, answering calls, opening doors and receiving personnel, and mainly responsible for the maintenance of software, hardware and infrastructure in the office by the assistance of the property and other suppliers. 任职资格： - 3年以上中小企业工作经验，计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位，最近担任 IT运维工程师或类似 IT 领域

(优秀毕业生亦可) More than 3 years working experience in small and medium-sized businesses, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, recently working as IT infrastructure specialist or similar IT field

优秀的服务意识和团队精神、擅长跨地域/部门团队沟通，在意见分歧的情况下，能充分讨论，并提供有效的信息及解决方案，配合项目组实施交付 Excellent service awareness and team spirit, good at cross-regional/departmental team communication, can fully discuss and provide effective information and solutions in case of disagreement, and cooperate with the project team to implement delivery - 熟悉 IT企业环境、局域网和广域网（Sophos），了解网络协议（例如 TCP/IP、DHCP、DNS、HTTP 等）优先 Expert of IT enterprise environment, LAN and WAN (Sophos), understanding of network protocols (such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) is preferred - 有配置戴尔交换机、路由器和Sophos 防火墙的技能，非常了解网络协议（例如 TCP/IP、DHCP、DNS、HTTP 等），戴尔服务器硬件、VMWare（v. 6.5 或更高版本）、数据中心、windows OS（windows server 2016 或更高版本），有 Microsoft 环境（如 Active Directory、DNS、DHCP、WSUS 等）经验优先 Skills in configuring Dell switches, router and Sophos firewall，very good understanding of network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, etc.)，expert of Dell server hardware, VMWare (v. 6.5 or higher), datacenter, windows OS (windows server 2016 or higher)，experience in Microsoft environment (e.g. Active directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, etc.) is preferred. - 熟悉中国具体法规（如ICP、网络安全法、个人信息保护等）者优先 Familiar with China specific regulations (e.g. ICP, cyber security law, personal information protections, etc.) is preferred
