Job Title: Engineer-Transport - IV.

Location: Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Research and update paths, segments, and equipment in CND.
• Update and migrate IP assignments in INAM.
• Support migration of numerous circuit paths and connections to a new transport system.
• Complete Backhaul designs in CND, IP assignments in INAN, and work with vendors to support network Growth and modernization in the MTPLs region.

Must have skills:

• Experience with backhaul design and management of fiber optic systems and equipment
• Understanding of Telecommunication systems used for circuit inventory, IP assignments, and project management.
• Knowledge of ROAMs and optical transport networks

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of Fujitsu optical transport equipment knowledge of Transport service delivery ordering, provisioning, and service provider process.

Education/certifications:

• College Degree Preferred

Targeted Years of Experience:

• 7-10 years
