Accounting Advisor Col

We are looking for an independent accounting consultant to support a regional CRM implementation project in Colombia. Objective To advise on and verify that the accounting information in the CRM complies with the local criteria, practices, and requirements of the relevant country. Details Responsibilities - Review and validate the accounting structure defined in the CRM. - Provide advice on the chart of accounts, accounting entries, taxes, withholdings, and month-end closings. - Identify potential discrepancies between the regional model and local requirements. - Provide recommendations and observations to the implementation team. - Verify that the accounting component is correctly configured prior to go-live. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Accounting, or a related field. - Solid experience in accounting and local regulations of the relevant country. - Experience in consulting, auditing, or systems implementation. - Knowledge of ERP systems; this will be considered a plus. - Ability to work remotely and document recommendations. Conditions - 100% remote work. - Freelance contract. - Hourly pay. - Part-time engagement, depending on project needs. This position is exclusively for accounting consulting and validation; it does not include technical development, system operation, or user training.
