Sales Manager (Part-time), Vinci AI

VinciAI is an early-stage product moving fast, and we need someone who can help move commercial opportunities just as fast. You'll be working directly with the CEO, helping us build relationships with early clients, keep deals progressing, and support the commercial side of the business as we scale. No hand-holding, no waiting for instructions — just results.

What you'll actually do:

• Own client communication and follow-up across active opportunities
• Prospect independently and bring in new leads through your own outreach and network
• Help move prospects through the sales process and support deal closure
• Coordinate meetings, next steps, and commercial conversations with early clients
• Help maintain momentum with existing opportunities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Contribute to how we work with customers as we grow

You might be a fit if you:

• Are 2–4 years into your sales career (full sales cycle)
• Speak English fluently
• Are confident communicating with clients and managing multiple conversations at once
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Have startup or operator experience — even a side project counts
• Figure things out on your own and bring solutions, not problems
