Cloud Network Engineer (m/f/d)

To support our high-visibility cloud migration project, we are want to extend our team and looking for you!

This is the job:

• You drive the design, automation, deployment, and optimization of our multi-region network infrastructure in AWS.
• You create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, network topologies, as well as documentation for cloud infrastructure, networking, and security configurations.
• Developing standardized processes for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud network infrastructure are part of your responsibility, too.
• We can count on you to support the migration of our on-premise network services to the cloud.
• Implementing best practices for securing network and cloud infrastructure, including VPN configurations and access controls, are your USP.
• Therefore, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal alignment of network and cloud infrastructure.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You bring 5 years of professional experience as a Cloud Infrastructure/Network Engineer in enterprise cloud environments.
• Your hands-on experience with AWS and Azure combined with an understanding of enterprise networks and protocols such as BGP, IPSec, SD-WAN, and L2/L3 networking complete your profile.
• You are actively looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic, forward-thinking enterprise environment and to make an immediate impact on our cloud migration journey.
• You enjoy working in international teams with high comprehension, flexibility, and interest in technological advancements.
• Experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet) round up your profile.
• You are managing the environment through IaC Tools (e.g. Terraform)
• AWS certifications are a plus.
