Manager – IT Technology, Operation & Security

Lead the organization's IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Cybersecurity functions to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology services. The role is responsible for driving IT security governance, risk management, service delivery excellence, infrastructure availability, and the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives that support business objectives

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Security & Cybersecurity

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and controls to protect company systems, networks, and data.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives including PAM, EDR, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Oversee cyber threat management, security investigations, penetration testing, and remediation activities.
• Ensure effective access management, privileged account controls, and compliance with security requirements.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness through training and security communication programs.

2. IT Governance & Risk Management

• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, security procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and monitor mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to IT controls, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

3. IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing services.
• Ensure IT systems meet availability, performance, and reliability targets.
• Lead IT service management activities and ensure SLA compliance for incident and service request resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT operational processes and service quality.

4. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Develop, implement, and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for critical systems.
• Ensure business resilience through regular recovery testing and risk mitigation activities.

5. Budget, Vendor & Team Management

• Manage IT operating and capital expenditure budgets within approved limits.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, and service performance reviews.
• Develop and mentor IT Operations and Security team members to build strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience managing enterprise IT environments, cybersecurity programs, and IT service delivery.
• Experience working with security technologies such as EDR, PAM, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security solutions.
