- Configure network settings and security protocols.
- Implement cloud solutions and migrate services as needed.
3.Monitoring and Optimization:
- Use monitoring tools to track system performance and identify issues.
- Optimize system configurations for better performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and security.
4.Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Perform regular security assessments and penetration testing.
5.Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular backup and recovery drills.
- Ensure critical systems can be restored quickly in case of an outage.
6.User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user competence with IT systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and System operations
- Proven experience with network administration, system administration, and IT security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Experience with Azure, AD, DHCP, DNS, MS 365, SharePoint.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Have experience with Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, …).
- Knowledge in system as Server, Storage or Hybrid Infrastructure as VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, OpenStack... and Cloud solutions is an advantage
- Hard-working and willing to learn, self-study ability
- Ability with Network/Security consulting, deployment, troubleshooting.
- Have good understanding: Network model, TCP/IP model, IP & VoIP, IPsec VPN, SD Wan, planning IP address, VLAN, wireless system, security system
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
