Job Title

Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including VMware virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, storage, and backup systems.
  • Build, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and AVI Load Balancer environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Support hardware refreshes, migrations, and decommissioning projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and topology diagrams.
  • Follow ITIL-based Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Management processes.

  • RHEL Linux
  • Kubernetes
  • Experience in large enterprise, financial services, legal, or professional services environments preferred.
