Job Title
Infrastructure Operations Engineer
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including VMware virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, storage, and backup systems.
- Build, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and AVI Load Balancer environments.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery testing, and lifecycle management.
- Support hardware refreshes, migrations, and decommissioning projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and topology diagrams.
- Follow ITIL-based Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Management processes.

Experience Required
- 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering/operations.
- 5+ years supporting:
- VMware environments

- Dell Server Infrastructure
- Enterprise Storage & Backup
- RHEL Linux
- Kubernetes
- Experience in large enterprise, financial services, legal, or professional services environments preferred.
