PURPOSE
Responsible for service provisioning and the end-to-end lifecycle of a network network security shared infrastructure SDWAN and other cloud security solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete lifecycle of network & security services, from initial provisioning through to decommissioning, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for Implementation, Deployment & providing L2/L3 support for Airport network & security Infra, including LAN, WAN, firewall, Versa SDWAN solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network services that meet organizational and customer requirements.
- Oversee the provisioning process for network services, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of resources and capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure network services meet operational benchmarks.
- Implement changes and enhancements to network services, managing associated risks and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network & security Infrastructure services configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support incident and problem management processes, contributing to the resolution of issues affecting network services and facilitating root cause analysis.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance service provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Provide training and support to operational teams on network services and lifecycle management best practices.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- Proven 5 to 8 years of experience in managing and optimizing the lifecycle of network services including provisioning, performance monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Hands-on experience in network service design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Engineering, Operational, and Customer-facing teams.
- Experience in implementing changes and enhancements to network services with a focus on minimizing operational disruption.
- Prior involvement in training and supporting operational teams on network service management best practices.
- Experience in evaluating and adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve service provisioning and management processes.
- Strong working knowledge of the following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF (EIGRP, RIP optional).
- Strong working knowledge of the following security protocols: VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, HSRP.
- Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco ASA and Palo Alto).
- Working knowledge of Datacenter switching (e.g., Cisco Nexus, ACI); Versa SD-WAN will be an added advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are desirable.
- Any Security Associate-level certification is mandatory.
- Associate-level SD-WAN Certification (Specialist or Professional level) will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network services lifecycle management including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Understanding of network protocols, service models, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Familiarity with network management tools and technologies.
- Ability to design and implement network services to meet both organizational and customer needs.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes in a network operations context.
