I'm currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager to support a major enterprise network modernization initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the company's largest infrastructure refresh programs, replacing aging network equipment across sites throughout North and South America. This Project Manager will be 100% dedicated to a high-profile End-of-Life (EOL) infrastructure project that has more than doubled in scope for 2027.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with at least 5 years of leading enterprise IT infrastructure projects, particularly network or infrastructure refresh initiatives. They have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-site projects across geographically dispersed teams, keeping projects on schedule and within budget while effectively coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. They possess strong communication and leadership skills, are highly organized and self-driven, and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Experience with network infrastructure, Waterfall project management, MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow, and a solid understanding of PMBOK best practices are essential, while PMP certification is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a large-scale infrastructure project from planning through execution
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, and technical SMEs
• Drive project meetings, executive communications, and steering committees
• Oversee change management, production transition, and project documentation
• Ensure successful implementation while meeting timeline and budget objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure or network projects
• Strong understanding of network equipment refreshes or IT infrastructure environments
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong Waterfall Project Management experience (Agile/PMP knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow, Excel, and Microsoft 365
• PMP or Lean certification is a plus

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
