Presales Consultant

e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of Presales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for builds and conducts complex product demonstrations and solution workshops with customers to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of a company's products or services. They help clients understand how the company's solutions can meet their needs and provide technical support during the sales process.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend suitable technical solutions and architecture enhancements.
• Design, propose, and validate scalable infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring functionality, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities and support decision-making.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Architects, providing technical guidance and support while ensuring successful pre-sales engagement and solution delivery.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT field, business development or a related field.
