This role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with warehouse leadership and cross-functional IT teams.
What You'll Do:
Core Network Engineering

- Configure and maintain routing protocols including BGP and EIGRP
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN protocols like VPC, LACP, and STP
- Perform site surveys and RF tuning to deploy and maintain wireless networks
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools for network health, performance, and alerting
- Troubleshoot network performance issues with vendors, carriers, and end users
- Review QoS configurations and test for proactive optimization
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support disaster recovery planning
- Maintain documentation: as-builts, network diagrams, knowledge-base articles
- Generate procurement lists for hardware and software
- Build network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
- Provide technical support and training to other teams
Network Security
- Configure and manage Cisco firewalls (ASA/Firepower), including NAT, ACLs, DACLs, and security policies
- Design and implement network segmentation (VLANs, VRFs, microsegmentation) to limit lateral movement
- Support zero trust network access (ZTNA) initiatives with identity-aware access policies
- Deploy, tune, and maintain IDS/IPS systems across the network
- Configure VPN technologies including DMVPN, IPSec site-to-site, and remote access VPN
- Monitor traffic for anomalous behavior and participate in incident response
- Collaborate with the security team on vulnerability remediation and security controls

- Minimum 5 years of network administration experience
- Working knowledge of network administration principles, methods, and techniques, including relevant hardware and software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- CCNA certification required; active pursuit of CCNP preferred
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or equivalent enterprise firewall platforms
- Familiarity with zero trust principles, network segmentation design, and IDS/IPS tuning
- Previous experience maintaining networking components in data center and remote site environments
