Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through modern, secure, and resilient technology? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Infrastructure Services to lead the strategic design, governance, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure supporting critical hospital operations and clinical systems.

In this leadership role, you will drive the architecture and roadmap for core infrastructure services across data centers, hybrid cloud, networking, virtualization, compute, storage, cybersecurity, and endpoint platforms. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and digital health teams to ensure infrastructure platforms deliver the reliability, performance, and security required for mission-critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Define and maintain enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture and multi-year modernization roadmaps

✅ Enable high-availability platforms supporting EHR systems (Epic/Cerner), PACS, LIS, RTLS, and clinical applications

✅ Lead hybrid cloud initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native solutions

✅ Design disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and resilience strategies for 24x7 healthcare operations

✅ Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement Zero Trust architectures, segmentation, vulnerability management, and compliance controls

✅ Support biomedical and IoT device integration across hospitals, ICU, surgical, and imaging environments

✅ Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and infrastructure best practices

Required Experience

✔️ 10+ years in IT Infrastructure with 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture leadership

✔️ Healthcare or hospital technology environment experience preferred

✔️ Expertise in networking, cloud, virtualization, storage, automation, and cybersecurity

✔️ Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, SD-WAN, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python

✔️ Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, NIST, and regulated healthcare environments

Preferred Certifications

TOGAF | Azure/AWS/GCP Architect | CCNP/CCIE | VCP | CISSP | ITIL | HCISPP
