Network Engineer Operations (m/f/d)

In this role, you'll design, implement, and support enterprise networking and security solutions for a global leader in the beverage industry. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, lead complex infrastructure changes, and play a key role in maintaining highly available and secure production environments.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network and security solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environments.
• Lead network implementations, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements from planning through production deployment.
• Own complex network and security changes while ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for advanced networking and security issues. Perform deep technical troubleshooting, packet analysis, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation.
• Collaborate with key customer stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and technology partners to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain technical documentation, implementation standards, and change records.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and enterprise firewall environments.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and switching, including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with Cisco Enterprise Networking, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience performing packet captures, root cause analysis, and complex incident resolution.
• Experience planning and implementing network migrations, upgrades, and production changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto Panorama and GlobalProtect.
• Experience with 802.1X, Network Access Control (NAC), and cloud networking.
• Experience with automation or scripting (Python, Terraform, or similar).
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments or managed services.
• Cisco CCNP Certification or equivalent.
