ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs the complex design, selection, installation, modification, and operation of an information systems capability.
- Understands and applies existing, company-specific project management methods.
- Will typically actively participate in IT Project Management, IT Governance, and IT Operations department meetings to provide status updates, presenting planned configuration changes, assisting in root cause analysis and associated issue resolution, etc..
- Viewed as expert in special knowledge & technology as well as operational policy & procedure.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for enterprise business applications and systems.Provide local support to site operations and staff as needed, ranging from infrastructure systems, networking devices and configuration, client endpoints, and end-users.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience: 9 or more years of applicable and proven experience in Information Technology / Services.
Licenses: None
Certifications: MSCE or similar/equivalent, CCNA, CCNP Enterprise or CCNPD Data Center Certification, and/or PMP certifications preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Able to translate technical jargon to simple business language.
- Advanced analytical skills and abilities to derive solutions to resolve complex issues.
- Understands and applies existing, company-specific project management methods.
- Develops solutions to resolve project issues.
- Assists with the creation and/or review of project and/or technical documentation; templates, charters, schedules, plans, design documents, etc.
- Experience in the M365 suite of products, spanning both administration and general use.
- Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint,), various web conferencing tools (Teams, WebEx), and various web browsers (Edge, Chrome).
- Exposure to or skills with any of the following: NIST SP 800-53, Networking, Server Operations or one of the LM Cybersecurity technical systems (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Cisco FirePower, etc.).
- Experience with Palo Alto Network and Cisco Firewalls.
- Experience with IPv6.

This position does not require any supervisor responsibilities.

Compensation Details:
$116,159.34 - $147,072.72
The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
