Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site – 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to €60,000 per annum
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join a growing technical team supporting enterprise networking and security environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in networking and security technologies while working alongside experienced technical architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for enterprise networking and security environments.
- Manage incidents from initial customer engagement through to successful resolution, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Troubleshoot networking and security issues, working with internal technical teams and vendor support where required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when appropriate.
- Perform daily health checks across customer environments and produce technical reports.
- Support the ongoing management of customer infrastructure, including patch management, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools are operating securely and effectively.
- Contribute ideas to improve managed services, operational processes and network support capabilities.
- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation in line with established incident management processes.
- Liaise with vendor Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) during incident resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Genuine passion for networking, security technologies and technical support.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a structured and methodical manner.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and respond to customer requirements effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, colleagues and management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Full Irish or European driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Juniper certification (JNCIA or JNCIP).
