Sr Network Engineer

Overview

A leading quantitative trading and investment firm is looking for a Network Engineer to help support and enhance its global network infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale data center, cloud, and trading connectivity projects while driving network automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support global network infrastructure.
• Manage connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, and external partners.
• Drive network automation and infrastructure improvements.
• Support firewall, security, and network reliability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and participate in on-call support.

Requirements

• Strong experience with BGP, OSPF, multicast, and data center networking.
• Experience with spine-leaf architectures and large-scale environments.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure networking.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, NetBox, Terraform, and related automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network monitoring and observability tools.
• Exposure to financial services, trading environments, or colocation facilities.
