We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations across our global enterprise network. This role requires strong operational expertise in Cisco networking technologies especially Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, LAN Switching and Meraki—along with the ability to troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues, maintain network stability, and support ongoing enhancements

.The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive in identifying issues, and capable of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment

.Key Responsibilitie

sBAU Operations & Suppor

• tManage daily network operations, incident resolution, and service requests across LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure
• .Perform advanced troubleshooting for network outages, performance degradation, and configuration errors
• .Monitor network health using Cisco DNAC, Meraki Dashboard, and other monitoring tools
• .Ensure timely resolution of P1/P2 incidents and provide root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures

.Cisco ISE Administration (Mandatory

• )Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) including
• :Authentication/Authorization policies (802.1X, MAB
• )Profiling, guest access, Live logs anlysis and Tshoo
• tCertificate management and policy update
• sPerform ISE upgrades, patching, and config backup/restore
• .Troubleshoot endpoint authentication failures and radius/tacacs issues

• .Maintain Meraki wireless networks, SSIDs, and guest access policies
• .Perform dashboard analytics review and reporting

.LAN/WAN Operations (Mandatory
