**TCS is Hiring for Network Engineer(L3)**

Desired Experience: 6- 8 years

Job Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Administer and support enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.

· Configure and manage firewalls including security policies, NAT, and access control rules.

· Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and static routing.

· Manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching including VLANs, trunking, STP, port-channels, and vPC.

· Support Cisco ACI fabric using APIC for configuration and monitoring.

· Configure and manage EPGs, contracts, policies, VLAN pools, and physical domains in ACI.

· Implement and support L3Out connectivity to external networks and firewalls.

· Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, latency, and availability.

· Execute network changes, upgrades, and migrations as per approved change processes.

· Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, RCA, and problem management.

· Participate in DR drills, audits, and security reviews.

· Coordinate with security, compute, storage, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

· Firewall administration (policy, NAT, security zones)

· Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, static routing

· Switching: VLANs, STP, trunking, port-channels, vPC

· Cisco ACI (APIC, EPGs, contracts, L3Out)

· Datacenter networking concepts

· Network troubleshooting and performance analysis

· ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem)

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, Palo Alto, or Check Point firewalls

· Load balancer integration (F5 or equivalent)

· Network migration and transition projects

· CCNA / CCNP / Cisco ACI certification

· Network documentation and diagram creation
