Braze Solutions Lead

Requirements

• Significant hands-on and consulting experience with Braze
• Experience managing enterprise Braze implementations or mature Braze environments
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM, personalization, segmentation, and cross-channel engagement
• Experience with customer data, event tracking, identity management, and consent management
• Working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, and data pipelines
• Experience leading technical teams, agencies, vendors, or implementation partners
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, requirements, challenges, and existing technology environments
• Assess Braze implementations and recommend improvements to architecture, processes, integrations, and platform usage
• Design scalable solutions for lifecycle marketing, personalization, and cross-channel customer journeys
• Define integrations between Braze and customer data platforms, data warehouses, analytics tools, applications, and APIs
• Establish standards for events, user attributes, identity management, segmentation, consent, testing, and releases
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
• Guide developers, specialists, agencies, and implementation partners
• Review technical work and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable
• Advise clients on complex campaigns, Canvases, triggers, and communications across email, push, in-app, SMS, webhooks, and Content Cards
• Partner with client data and engineering teams to define and validate accurate, reliable data flows
• Identify platform risks and advise clients on performance, documentation, vendor coordination, and support escalations
• Recommend reusable solutions, automation opportunities, and continuous platform improvement
