Job Title: Wireless & IP Engineer
Location: Chepstow (On-site)
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE
Working Pattern: 4-day working week (Monday – Thursday)!

We're working with a specialist wireless technology company that's looking to grow its engineering team due to continued project success. Whether you're a graduate with a genuine interest in wireless networking or an experienced engineer with radio knowledge, this is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where you'll receive hands-on mentoring and work on cutting-edge connectivity projects.
You'll be involved in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of wireless networking solutions across the UK, supporting large-scale IoT Mesh Networking and PMR/DMR radio projects. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll receive full training on specialist radio technologies while developing your skills across wireless networking, IP connectivity and field engineering. Responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain wireless communication systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP connectivity across wireless networks.
- Support the deployment of IoT Mesh Networking solutions.
- Install and service PMR/DMR radio systems.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK for installations and scheduled maintenance.
- Work safely at height and within confined spaces where required.
- Collaborate with senior engineers while receiving structured on-the-job training.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience or knowledge of wireless networking and IP connectivity.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.
