What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Manage Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Online, and Intune.
  • Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure and services in Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
  • Ensure timely patch management, system upgrades, and security updates.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Lead infrastructure projects, system migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Manage identity and access controls, including MFA and privileged account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for support and maintenance.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to system administrators and support staff.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.
