EXPECTATION
Experience
2–5 years of experience in IT operations / system administration
Virtualization
VMware vSphere environment operation (VM creation, templates, snapshots, updates)
Linux
Linux server administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) — most operated applications are Linux-based
Cloud
Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure (EC2/VMs, Security Groups, basic networking, cost monitoring)
Networking
Basic networking knowledge (Mikrotik/Cambium/Sophos, VPN, firewall rules, DNS)
Monitoring
Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix)
Security Fundamentals
Basic IT security mindset: patch management, vulnerability scanning concepts, SIEM log interpretation
Office Presence
Office presence is flexible and determined by the nature of the tasks. While there is no fixed requirement for on-site attendance, occasional presence in the office may be necessary depending on specific responsibilities and business needs.

Your Responsibilities As a Tech Lead
- Lead the design and development of mobile applications with a strong focus on quality and modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to and supervise architectural decisions for projects.
- Drive key technical choices and ensure alignment with long‑term technical strategy.
- Mentor and guide engineers at various seniority levels.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Define development roadmaps and contribute to technology direction across the company.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (UX, backend, QA).
- Solve complex technical challenges and support transparent, predictable delivery.
- Experience with React Native — able to design, develop, review, and lead React Native‑based projects.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Familiarity with the React ecosystem (Redux, Zustand, MobX, Jotai, etc.).
- Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes in mobile development (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
- Basic understanding of iOS and Android environments, build tools, and release processes.
- Solid architectural mindset and ability to design scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
- Ownership mentality, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to drive decisions.
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience.
- Knowledge of modern data libraries like React Query or SWR.
- Web frontend development experience (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Experience with other cross‑platform technologies (Flutter, Xamarin, Kotlin Multiplatform).
- Mobile security knowledge (OWASP MASVS).
- Mobile UI test automation (Detox, Appium).
- DevOps or infrastructure experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Projects with strong focus on mobile engineering while allowing room to participate in broader software initiatives.
