MS Core and Cloud Infra Specialist

Please note that this role requires travel to Saudi Arabia for six months to support business needs.
You will:
- Ensure Technical Authority Support Activities, Incident Management, preventive maintenance and performance management
- Assist with Problem Management and support in project activities
- On regular rotation base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
- Handles from reception until closure of the Trouble Tickets and Service Requests
- Participate in the creation / updating of the procedures and the Technical Instructions in order to be in line with the technical standards in force. Provide support in improving technical procedures.
- Involved in Technical Impact analysis activities as part of a Life Cycle Management engagement
- Support improvement initiatives and insights based on Performance Report Analysis
- Coordination and training of new team members at request
- Generate scripts or any other automation required in daily activities.
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
- Have a proven track record in the Operations and Maintenance of telecom networks
- Good level of English, other languages are a plus
- Good understanding of 4G networks
- Linux operating system
- Cloud infrastructure OpenStack
- Telco Cloud Infrastructure (NFVI, Edge)
- 5G Infrastructure knowledge (CNIS & components)
- Docker and Kubernetes work experience
- 5G networking (DC Gateway) knowledge
- SS7 & SIGTRAN protocol stack and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Cloud technologies
- Understanding of IP routing
- Telco service flows
- IM, CM, PM, LCM process flows
- Automation experience through scripting (bash, perl)
- Multi-domain knowledge (Core, OSS, VAS) is a plus
- Core network performance/configuration parameters.
