What we’re looking for:

• Manage and maintain complex Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including Active Directory (multi-domain), Group Policy (GPO), domain controllers, clustering, and identity lifecycle automation.
• Administer Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Password Manager Plus), Windows PKI/Certificate Services, and secure remote access solutions (RDP, NLA, JIT, VPN).
• Implement and enforce Windows security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as CIS, NIST, ANSSI, and vulnerability management frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage patching, software deployment, disaster recovery, backup validation, and support Citrix environments while ensuring business continuity across critical production systems.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance using tools such as LogicMonitor, WhatsUP Gold, PagerDuty, Coralogix, and Azure Log Analytics, collaborating closely with Network, Security, DevOps, and IAM teams.
• Bring 5+ years of Windows System Administration experience, strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), excellent communication skills, and experience in regulated or enterprise environments. Certifications such as Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or CyberArk are considered a plus.
