🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration within enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, GPOs, LAPS, and multi-domain architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM, Password Manager Plus, and privileged access management processes.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards, including CIS, NIST, ANSSI, and vulnerability management practices.
• Experience with Windows patching and software deployment tools such as WSUS, SCCM, Patch Manager Plus, and Ivanti.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Active Directory site topology.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms such as LogicMonitor, WhatsUp Gold, PagerDuty, Coralogix, and Azure Log Analytics.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Git, YAML, Python scripting, and Citrix administration is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or CyberArk Certified Implementation Specialist are desirable.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Administer and maintain multi-domain Active Directory environments, including GPOs, cross-domain trusts, security groups, and user lifecycle automation.
• Manage and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk and Password Manager Plus.
• Administer Microsoft PKI and Certificate Authority (CA) services, ensuring effective SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain Windows Server security hardening and compliance standards based on CIS, NIST, ANSSI, and Microsoft best practices.
• Manage secure remote access solutions, including RDP hardening, NLA, JIT access, and VPN integrations.
• Oversee Windows Server patching and software deployment using WSUS, SCCM, Patch Manager Plus, and Ivanti.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Support Citrix infrastructure, including application publishing, VDI environments, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, manage incident response activities, and support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Security, Network, IAM, and DevOps teams.
