Cloud Network & Service Integration (Officer Level) Contract 2 years

Job Description

• Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Multi-cloud network components (AWS, GCP and Azure) using Infra-as-Code tools and DevOps pipeline.
• Configure various AWS, Azure and GCP cloud network and infra management services including VPN, DNS, Certificate management, VPC, VPN Endpoint, VM/EC2, Load Balance and other network related services.
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, EM+S, MS Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Enterprise App, SSO, Exchange Online and O365.
• Drive efficiency and availability as well as maintains network quality standards to achieve optimal levels of operation and KPI targets.
• Configure, maintain, and administer Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) Cloud and Gitlab Cloud products.
• Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
• Configure various AWS, Azure and GCP cloud management services including DNS, VPC, VPN Endpoint, VM/EC2 using Infra-as-a-Code (Terraform) framework.
• Recommend, develop, plan, manage and implement automated tool/script (python, power automate ,power shell) and other third-party SaaS to improve an operation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) — including networking, IAM, and compute
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals: routing, switching, VLANs, firewall, 802.1x, DNS, DNS Private Resolve
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM/endpoint management
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred; ARM/Bicep acceptable) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web application integration patterns
• Good English communication skills
• Cloud certification at any level is a plus (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
