Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer L3 to lead the management, support, design, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will serve as the highest technical escalation point for network operations and will be responsible for managing switching, routing, security, and SD-WAN environments.

The role requires active participation in client discussions, solution design, project implementation, team leadership, and operational governance. The engineer will have administrative (write) access to the entire network infrastructure and will be responsible for ensuring network stability, security, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibility:

Network Operations & Support

• Act as the final escalation point for complex network incidents and problems.
• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN Data Center Networks
• Wireless Infrastructure
• Network Security Platforms
• SD-WAN Solutions
• Perform advance troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network outages and performance issues.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services.

Network Administration

• Full administrative (write) access and management responsibility for:
• Switching Infrastructure
• Routing Infrastructure
• Firewalls and Security Appliances
• Wireless Controllers and Access Points
• SD-WAN Controllers and Edge Devices
• Network Monitoring Platforms
• Review and approve configurations, changes, and implementation plans.

Network Design & Projects

• Participate in client discussions and technical workshops.
• Design scalable and secure network solutions.
• Lead network transformation, migration, and refresh projects.
• Develop HLDs, LLDs implementation plans, rollback procedures, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.

Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers.
• Review incident trends and implement preventive measures.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in CAB meetings and major incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and customer standards.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain network security best practices.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security audits.
• Manage firewall policies, network segmentation, and access controls.
• Collaborate with security teams for incident response and compliance initiatives
