Job Description

You will be part of our Global Networkengineeringteam responsibleforimplementing,maintaining, and optimizing our regional/local network infrastructure, ensuring high network performance/reliability, and delivering critical network services to meet business goals.

Essentials Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan,deploy, manage, optimize, and troubleshootglobal network infrastructureat Corporate and manufacturing locations to meet the business requirements and growth demands, ensuringavailability and performance.
• Support complex Manufacturing/Office LAN,WAN,Firewall, SDWANand wireless infrastructure.
• Implement changes to hardware and/or software that improve network performance,speed,and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues related toBGP,SD-WAN, VLAN, Spanning Tree,Security,network hardware/software, wireless, DHCP,DNS,etc.
• Align withthe GlobalNetwork architecture team to incorporate company standards and preferred practices into regional site network builds.
• Ensure thatglobal network infrastructure is properlymonitored. Act as anetwork engineeringpoint of contact and Subject Matter Expert to respond to network incidents/service requests according to Service Level Agreements.
• Partner with Security or Cyber Defense team to fix detected vulnerabilities with systems and users tomaintainhigh securitystandards.
• Interact/communicate with vendors, service providers, peers, stakeholders, and business unitsforeffective integration/operations of services and systems.
• Lead,planandparticipatein IT projects and Maintenance Window activities.
• Maintain close collaboration with other global IT functional teams.
• Create andmaintaincomplex network documentationandself-manage projects.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in deploying andoperatinglarge global enterprise networking infrastructure
• Extensive experience in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols (spanning-tree, OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, end to end QOS, VLAN, VRRP, LACP, LAG, ACL, NAC, and infrastructure cabling
• Extensive experience in a multi-vendor environment including Arista and Cisco.
• Bachelor’s Degree and8+yearsprofessional experience in Network Routing, Switching,FirewallandCampusWireless.
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in networking technologies/solutions including BGP, OSPF,SD-WAN, VLAN, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, QoS,DHCP, and DNS.
• Extensive experience withNextGenfirewallservicesincluding IPSEC VPN, andIPS/IDF, Advance treatdefense,securitypolicies.
• Experience with various tools such as SNMP,NetFlow, IPAM,RADIUS,and Splunk.
• Proficiencyin version control, configuration management (Git/Ansible), and networkautomation to contribute effectively in a fast-paced deployment environment.
• Good documentation skillsincludecreating andmaintainingnetwork diagrams.
• Good project management,analytical,and problem determination/resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability toestablishprofessional working relationships with varying levels of both business and technical personnel.
• A great teammate, a fast learner, with a focus on getting stuff done

• Working knowledge ofWireless andInfoblox- DDIis ahugePLUS
• Goodunderstanding of network design practices from smallofficesto largecampusesis a plus.
• Goodunderstanding of data center networking technologiesis a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Technicalcertificationssuch as CCNP/CCIE or equivalentispreferred.
