Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT infrastructure projects
  • Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Logistics, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with IT Security, Quality, and Pharma regulations (GxP/FDA)
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and steering committee meetings


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
  • Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, servers, firewalls, and data center integration (Brownfield)
  • Experience in Pharma or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GxP/FDA compliance
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Degree in IT/Engineering
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
