IT Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Ensure employees have secure, reliable, and seamless access to the network, printers, and meeting room devices.

• Own the lifecycle of corporate endpoints, including provisioning, onboarding, application deployment, compliance, security hardening, and retirement.

• Manage legacy file servers and cloud printing infrastructure.

• Oversee provider management for WAN connectivity, contracts, and all enterprise network components.

• Handle performance, capacity, incident, problem, lifecycle, and change management for WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Proxy, and Firewall.

• Manage meeting room equipment and digital displays, including standards, platforms, and proof of concepts.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, networks, workplace environments, and computer hardware/software.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively, focus on high-impact tasks, and demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.
