We are seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead the strategy, governance, security, modernization, and daily operations of our global technology infrastructure across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
This role oversees enterprise networking, data center operations, cloud infrastructure, server platforms, identity and access management, telecommunications, disaster recovery, infrastructure security, and end-user infrastructure. The Director will develop technology roadmaps, improve operational standards, manage infrastructure modernization initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable, and highly available services that support business operations

- esDevelop and execute the global infrastructure strategy aligned with business goa
- lsLead enterprise networking, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, internet connectivity, and data center networki
- ngOversee Fortinet security platforms, Windows Server, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra
- IDManage identity, SSO, MFA, hybrid identity, server patching, security hardening, and vulnerability remediati
- onPartner with Information Security to strengthen infrastructure security and support Zero Trust principl
- esLead disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimizati
- onManage infrastructure budgets, licensing, vendor relationships, hardware lifecycle planning, and cloud initiativ
- esEstablish infrastructure standards, KPIs, SLOs, procedures, and governance practic
