ICT Systems Officer

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on ICT Systems Officer to take ownership of the Company's ICT environment, supporting both office operations and vessels.

Working closely with Management, you will be trusted to independently manage and continuously develop the Company's ICT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security and operational efficiency.

This role offers significant autonomy and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making a meaningful impact within a small, agile organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Company's ICT environment.
• Support office users and vessel personnel.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V and Proxmox.
• Maintain network infrastructure, Check Point/Fortinet firewalls and ICT security.
• Support ERP and other business-critical applications.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with external ICT vendors.
• Maintain ICT documentation and asset inventory.
• Travel occasionally to company vessels (approximately 2–3 attendances per year).

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar ICT role.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization and enterprise networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of English.
• Reference letter(s) required.

Reporting Line
