We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Technology Leader – IT Infrastructure & Network Services with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure and network services supporting Philippines operations and global business requirements.
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure adoption.
• Architect, implement, and optimize scalable network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center environments.
• Lead network design, deployment, and expansion projects while ensuring high availability, resiliency, and performance.
• Manage enterprise routing, switching, and high-availability technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, and clustering solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of contact center and enterprise voice platforms such as Cisco UCCE/UCCX, CUCM, Genesys, Avaya, and related technologies.
• Ensure reliable operation of SIP, VoIP, CTI integrations, call routing, and IP telephony services in a high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Provide technical leadership across core infrastructure services, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, endpoint management, and directory services.
• Maintain the health, availability, performance, and security of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services.
• Establish standards for system patching, hardening, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Lead security and compliance initiatives involving firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, access controls, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Serve as the highest level escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely restoration, root cause analysis, and preventive action implementation.
• Drive service excellence through incident, problem, and change management processes while meeting SLA and uptime commitments.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives using scripting, Python, Ansible, and infrastructure automation tools.
• Develop proactive monitoring and observability capabilities through tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and other enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers and architects while building organizational capability and succession planning.
• Manage relationships with ISPs, technology vendors, OEM partners, and service providers to ensure operational excellence and commercial value.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Operations, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to align technology services with business objectives.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve infrastructure resiliency, operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Management, including leadership of Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or Technology Operations teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, wireless networking, and network architecture.
• Hands-on experience supporting and managing Contact Center and Enterprise Voice platforms such as Cisco UCCE/UCCX, CUCM, Genesys, Avaya, SIP, VoIP, and CTI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, endpoint management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, NAC, and Zero Trust principles.
• Proven expertise in IT Operations, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery within a 24x7 enterprise environment.
• Experience driving automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Ansible, or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, and TCPdump.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site infrastructure environments with high availability, resilience, and strict SLA requirements.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven experience leading technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, Aruba, Cisco Contact Center Certifications, Microsoft Infrastructure Certifications, or ITIL are highly desirable.
