RolleAls IT Network Engineer bist du verantwortlich für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Telekommunikations-, Netzwerk- und Server-Infrastruktur. Du betreust SMPP, SS7/SIGTRAN sowie moderne IP-Netzwerke, analysierst technische Störungen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung zuverlässiger Connectivity-Lösungen.
Verantwortung
- Betrieb und Support von SMPP, SS7/SIGTRAN, SCTP und M3UA Connectivity mit Kunden, Carriern und Telekom-Partnern
- Analyse und Behebung von L2-Störungen in den Bereichen Networking, Signalling und Protokollkommunikation
- Administration von Cisco Netzwerken, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, NAT und BGP Routing
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Linux-Systemen, Proxmox VE, Ceph, ZFS sowie Server- und Storage-Infrastrukturen
- Mitarbeit bei Infrastrukturprojekten, Monitoring, Backup/Restore, High Availability und On-Call Support
- Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, System Engineering oder vergleichbar (Informatiker EFZ, ICT-System- und Netzwerktechniker, CCNA)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, NTP und Netzwerksegmentierung
- Erfahrung mit Linux Administration, Wireshark, Troubleshooting und Analyse von Netzwerkproblemen
- Kenntnisse in Telekommunikation, SMPP, SS7, SIGTRAN, SCTP oder vergleichbaren Technologien von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Firewalls, VPNs, Virtualisierung (Proxmox, VMware) sowie Server Hardware
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
