Required Skills
- 3+ years of IT, Network Engineering, or Field Service experience
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- CCNA certification (or obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry, ventilators, or defibrillators (preferred)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or related)
- Willingness to travel ~70% across the assigned territory
- Flexible to work on-call, weekends, and in hospital environments
