Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technicain to join their team onsite in Tulsa, OK and Okmulgee, OK and provide end-user support.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide hardware break-fix services following established processes and procedures, including hot swaps, imaging, and replacement of Field Replaceable Units (FRUs).
- Deliver onsite deskside hardware and software support for end users.
- Update and maintain asset management records and systems of record, as applicable.
- Perform IMACD activities, including installations, moves, adds, changes, and deletions.
- Conduct hardware refresh initiatives by replacing aging equipment with new devices based on end-user profiles.
- Support Lenovo and Dell laptops and desktop systems.
- Support standard client images, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and legacy applications within a Citrix virtualized environment.
- Provide support for handheld scanners, Android tablets, Symbol handheld terminals (HHTs), and related mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and support printers, including Lexmark, Ricoh, and other end-user printing devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with established support procedures.
- 3-5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or field service experience.
- Experience working with incident management tools and ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to assess the technical impact of business requests and decisions.
- Technical knowledge of business applications, desktop hardware, software, printers, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Ability to learn and support new applications and technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
