現在、日本国内で事業拡大を進めるテクノロジー企業にて、ネットワークエンジニア（メンバー）およびネットワークエンジニア（チームリーダー）を募集しています。 コンサルティングファーム、製造業をはじめとする大手企業向けのネットワークプロジェクトにおいて、設計から構築・導入まで一貫して携わることができるポジションです。

🛠️ ネットワークエンジニア

業務内容

ネットワーク運用・保守の経験を活かし、将来的には設計・構築、さらにはクラウドネットワークやセキュリティアーキテクチャにもチャレンジできる環境です。

応募資格

• ネットワークインフラの運用・保守経験（年数不問）
• 日本国内在住
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

歓迎する経験・スキル

• CCNA、CCNPなどのネットワーク資格
• スイッチ・ファイアウォールの設定経験
• AWS／Azureなどのクラウドネットワークや、Ansibleなどの自動化ツールへの興味・経験

想定年収

• 約400万円～600万円
• 賞与：年2回（業績・評価による）

🚀 ネットワークエンジニア（チームリーダー）

業務内容

ネットワーク設計・構築プロジェクトをリードしながら、メンバー育成やハイブリッドクラウド接続、ネットワーク自動化、エンタープライズセキュリティなどの取り組みに携わっていただきます。

応募資格

• ネットワークインフラの設計・構築経験（目安3年以上）
• Cisco、Juniper、Palo Alto、Fortinetなどのネットワーク製品の経験
• メンバー育成・技術支援・リーダー経験
• 日本国内在住
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

歓迎する経験・スキル

• CCNP、CCIEなどの資格
• プロジェクトリーダー／プロジェクトマネージャー経験
• 大規模ネットワークやデータセンター環境での設計経験
• Ansible、Terraform、Pythonを用いた自動化経験
• AWS、Azure、GCPなどのクラウドネットワーク経験

想定年収

• 約700万円～900万円

Network Engineers (Member & Team Lead) | Enterprise Network Transformation Projects

Looking for a network engineering role where you can contribute to design and implementation—not just maintain existing environments?

I'm currently supporting a growing technology organization in Japan that is expanding its technology delivery team. They're hiring Network Engineers at both Member and Team Lead level to work on enterprise infrastructure projects for large organizations across consulting, manufacturing, and other industries.

🛠️ Network Engineer

Focus

• Grow from network operations and maintenance into detailed design, implementation, and eventually cloud networking and security architecture.

Requirements

• Experience with network infrastructure operations or maintenance (no minimum years required)
• Currently based in Japan
• Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification
• Experience configuring switches or firewalls
• Interest in cloud networking (AWS/Azure) or automation tools such as Ansible

Compensation

• Approximately ¥4M–¥6M plus performance bonus (paid twice per year)

🚀 Network Engineering Team Lead

Focus

• Lead network design and implementation projects, mentor engineers, and help drive initiatives involving hybrid cloud connectivity, network automation, and modern enterprise security.

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience designing or building network infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other engineers
• Currently based in Japan
• Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certification
• Project Lead or Project Manager experience
• Experience with large-scale enterprise or data center networks
• Network automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
• Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Compensation

• Approximately ¥7M–¥9M plus performance bonus (paid twice per year)
