Mertens MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operator for a leading organization in Central Israel

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical IT systems including virtual servers and infrastructure

Monitor IT environments including VM servers networks and enterprise applications

Identify incidents in real time and provide first level technical response

Document incidents and escalate issues to the relevant technical teams

Work with advanced monitoring and control tools

Execute emergency procedures during critical incidents

Collaborate with support development and external vendor teams to ensure system availability

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment is a significant advantage

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper V is an advantage

Basic knowledge of networking including TCP/IP DNS and VPN

Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or SolarWinds is an advantage

Experience working with SQL is an advantage

Familiarity with Grafana Kibana and Prometheus

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical incidents

Good English skills including reading writing and speaking

Availability to work 24/7 shifts
