Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow’s hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solution design, and consulting.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications.
• Deliver second-level support by working directly with IT teams and/or end users to resolve escalated incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed to facilitate hardware and software repair activities.
• Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) testing. Due to operational requirements, the role requires commuting between two office locations: Zhonghe and Taoyuan.
• Understanding of virtual machines (VMs), storage, and data center-related equipment.
• Software scope: Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience
• Has no discretion to vary from established procedures
• Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function
• Works under close supervision
