We are looking for a skilled NodeJSDeveloper to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building high-performance, reliable, and scalable systems that power thousands of restaurants worldwide. You will work with a modern tech stack and collaborate with a professional, product-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.

• Work with MongoDB and Redis to ensure efficient data storage and caching.

• Build and manage containerized applications with Docker.

• Deploy and scale applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver features.

• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across all services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Leverage modern AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (modeling, indexing, performance optimization).

• Experience with Redis for caching and message queues.

• Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers.

• Solid understanding of system design, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Practical experience working with AI-powered coding tools and development agents, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or similar solutions.

• Ability to effectively use different AI models for software development, including code generation, refactoring, debugging, code review, testing, and technical problem-solving.

• Understanding of how to validate, review, and improve AI-generated code and ensure it meets production-quality standards.

• Proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines is a significant plus.
