Solution Architect, Enterprise Network

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to explore clients’ technical requirements and lead solution design for L2/L3 network infrastructure.
• Design end-to-end network architectures using Huawei enterprise products (switches/routers, WiFi, network security, etc.), ensuring technical innovation and commercial viability.
• Design and validate complex routing solutions using VRRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP (eBGP/iBGP), MPLS (L2/L3 VPNs, TE/SR-MPLS), QoS, multicast, and IPv6.
• Lead planning for cross-regional SD-WAN, cloud-network integration, and other emerging architectures.
• Oversee PoC tests, lab validations, and pilot deployments; define test plans, success criteria, and technical reports.
• Manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ responses, including solution documentation, BoM configuration, compliance matrices, and bid defense.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and customized workshops to technical teams and senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years' experience in enterprise network products; With 3+ years in high-level solution architecture or technical sales
• Proficiency in enterprise networking products (switches/routers, WiFi, security, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN)
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and integration of cross-domain technologies (e.g., cloud-network automation)
• Experience leading pre-sales activities & technical negotiations for strategic accounts and multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills to drive complex projects across diverse teams
• Holder of network certificates(HCIA/HCIP/HCIE/CCIE) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage international teams and high-level clients
