This role is designed to develop the next generation of Network Engineers, offering structured mentorship, exposure to enterprise networking technologies, and a clear progression path into senior engineering positions.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Layer 1-3 networking issues across a global environment.
- Support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and engineering projects.
- Work alongside senior engineers on network design and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to improving network monitoring and operational efficiency.
Must Haves
- 0-4 years of Network Engineering experience.
- Strong Routing & Switching fundamentals.
- Hands-on OSI Layer 1-3 troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
- Python or automation exposure.
Nice to Haves
- Git
- Home lab or personal networking projects.
- Financial services experience.
