We're expanding across Europe and looking for driven, ambitious GTM talent to join our team. If you're hungry to hunt, close, and grow B2B accounts — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing
• Identify and target key accounts (mid-size B2B companies) in your local market
• Own your pipeline from first touch to signed contract
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen messaging and value proposition
• Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
• Represent Spendbase at local industry events and in your professional network
• Help build and shape Spendbase's presence in your country

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud sales (startup or tech background a plus)
• Based in Europe with strong fluency in your local language and English
• Some exposure to closing mid-market deals or managing client relationships directly
• A self-starter with an ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• A local network you can tap into from day one is a big plus
