SYSTEM ENGINEER/PRESALES

Qualifications Required Are

• Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of updated and strategic IT Infrastructure and Applications technology.
• Assisting Sales and Engineer team in developing solution opportunities based on client architecture requirements and design specifications
• Recommend as well as solution Proposal Preparation that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the customer accounts and becoming a trusted Advisor to these individuals
• Work together with Project Manager to ensure scope of work, timeline etc can be execute successfully.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required of this position
• Experience in Hardware Devices such as Server / Storage / Network and OS monitoring & operating system.
• Good understanding about :
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc)
• Concept of TCP/IP, networking, switching
• Virtualization (Vmware)
• Backup and Replication Software
• Able to do installation and configuration of Server / Storage / Networking
  

Responsibilities

• Installation of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting of Storage, Server and OS
• Monitor and maintaining Storage, Server and OS
