Network Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate Design

- Validate the Design that Solution Architect / Pre-sales created & proposed

- Assist in security solution design during pre-sales or delivery phases

2. Implementation / Deployment

- Deploy and configure for any Cybersecurity Solutions, either Network/Perimeter or Endpoint/System area

- Perimeter: NGFW, WAF, SSE, Mail Security, AntiDDOS, ZTNA

- Endpoint: Antivirus, EDR, MFA

3. Handover and Make sure the Readiness for Operational Phase

- Make sure the delivered solutions has meet the Baseline / Minimum Security standard

- Create the Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solutions

- Process the Handover to Operational teams, and make sure all requirement is fulfilled

4. Create Documentation

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including LLD (Low Level Designs), Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solutions, for External and Internal purpose (Handover Process)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network security or a similar role.
• Familiar with NGFW brand such as FortiGate & Palo Alto.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and Documentation skills.
• Able to work on-call or extended hours during critical incident periods.
